Alca-Plus increases the total alkalinity (TA level) of your spa / jacuzzi water. A low TA-level can cause the pH to fluctuate greatly during adjustment, making adjustment difficult.
Furthermore, the water can become corrosive, this can cause damage to the spa / jacuzzi as well as skin and eye irritations. The ideal TA-level is between 80 - 120mg/L.
Dosage: 20g per m³ to raise the TA-value by 10 mg/L.
